Field Data
The following is a progression of data accumulated during a call. 12 Lead 1 and 12 Lead 2 were taken with the Rapid 12 Lead Pad. 12 Lead 3 thru 6 were taken with another brand of electrodes. During this event the placement was matched as closely as possible. A brief description will follow each of the 12 lead strips.
This 12 Lead ECG above was taken using the Rapid 12 Lead Pad while stationary in the Patients driveway.
This 12 Lead ECG above was taken using the Rapid 12 Lead Pad while enroute to the hospital.
This 12 Lead above was taken using single electrodes from a competitor while enroute to the hospital. Notice the difference in the base line between 12-Lead 2 and 12-Lead 3.
This 12 Lead above was taken using single electrodes from a competitor while enroute to the hospital. Notice the difference in the base line between 12-Lead 2 and 12-Lead 3 and 4.
This 12 Lead above was taken using single electrodes from a competitor while enroute to the hospital. Notice the difference in the base line between 12-Lead 2 and 12-Lead 3 , 4 and 5.
This 12 Lead above was taken using single electrodes from a competitor while stationary on the ER ramp. The ambulance was stationary and the patient was lying completely still. Notice the difference in the base line between 12-Lead 1 and 12-Lead 6. 12 Lead 1 was taken using the Rapid 12 Lead Pad while stationary and 12 Lead 6 was taken using single electrodes from a competitor while stationary in the back of the same rescue truck. I was impressed by the results of the Rapid 12 Lead Pad as this was my first comparison in a moving ambulance.
